At MK Sports, every product is made to order and sent directly to production as soon as your order is placed. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
No Refunds
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is immediately sent to our production team. Please double-check all details before submitting your order, including:
- Size
- Design
- Customisation (e.g. team name, sponsor logo, colour)
- Quantity
As all products are custom-made, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have entered production.
This applies to all products on our website.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost. To request a replacement:
- Contact us at info@mksports.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos showing the damage or issue
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Important Notes
- We do not issue refunds under any circumstances
- We only offer replacements for damaged items
- Claims for damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
